Sylvia recently signed with Affliction and will be fighting Fedor Emelianenko on July 19th A win over Emelianenko could vault Sylvia into my top 20.

Shamrock is a big name in this sport, but he is typically over hyped in rankings because he has fought since the 1st UFC event. Shamrock recently lost to Robert Berry at Cage Rage 25, it was his 5th consecutive loss.  #23 Tito Ortiz ‘Huntington Beach Bad Boy’ (6′2 205 pounds)The 33 year old Ortiz is the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion He has a record of 15-6 overall.
